My aim through this blog is to share my journey as an Empath, having escaped the corporate world and finally finding my purpose in helping people and animals, full time through Reiki.

I have a strong belief that following your heart leads to a more fulfilling journey, and my goal is to guide intuitive empaths and sensitive people, just like you to navigate & detach from the overwhelming energy of others so you can begin to find your joy and inner peace again.
